You can create and manage your account directly within the app. Navigate to Settings → Account to update your profile, change your email address, or manage your subscription. If you experience issues, contact us at admin@oluwalojullc.com.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't appear. If you continue to have trouble, contact our support team.
Try the following steps in order: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Ensure your device is running the latest iOS or Android version. (3) Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. (4) Restart your device. (5) If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. If none of these steps resolve the issue, please email us at admin@oluwalojullc.com with a description of the problem and your device model.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel: on iOS, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. Find our app and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. For Google Play purchases, visit the Google Play Help Center. For direct purchases, contact us at admin@oluwalojullc.com within 30 days of purchase.

  3. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted
